Our Mission

To Pioneer Humanity's Routine and Easy Access to the Stratosphere and the Value Locked Within It

The stratosphere sits between 40,000 and 130,000 feet—above the weather, above commercial aviation, but below the prohibitive costs of space.

It offers unique capabilities that neither aircraft nor satellites can match: persistent coverage, high resolution, rapid deployment, and affordable operations. Yet for decades, this domain has remained largely inaccessible.

Making the Inaccessible Routine

Satellites cost hundreds of millions and take years to deploy. Aircraft are expensive to operate and limited in endurance. Traditional high-altitude balloons are complex, single-use systems.

We built something different. The Microballoon is reusable, steerable, and launches in under 5 minutes—making stratospheric access as routine as driving to a launch site.

With over 20 patents protecting our innovations, we've transformed what was once the domain of governments and large corporations into a capability accessible to far more organizations and use cases.

Unlocking Stratospheric Value

The stratosphere enables persistent surveillance and reconnaissance, communications relay in contested environments, atmospheric research, and data collection at resolutions and costs previously impossible.

From defense and intelligence to commercial monitoring and scientific discovery, routine stratospheric access creates opportunities across every sector that depends on seeing, sensing, or connecting.
